Full-bodied, with loads of velvety tannins and a long, long finish. Very silky indeed. A gorgeous, seductive, classy red. A monument to Tuscany. Layers and layers of fruit and tannins. Perhaps the greatest Tuscan red ever. 100% Merlot.

This dry white wine has a straw yellow color. Its clean, intense aroma and bone-dry taste (with an appealing flavor of Golden Delicious apples) make Santa Margherita’s Pinot Grigio a wine of great personality and versatility.

Red berry aromas remain over the oaky and balsamic notes from its ageing in wood. It shows an elegance in the mouth, yet very lively, with some spice back notes and a very balanced acidity.

Red fruits show up in fragrance and taste of this salmon pink Mantonegro. The nose is fresh and balanced; The palate is round with a restrained, yet more present acidity. The round body provides strength and ensures a long, enjoyable finish.

In the mouth, this is a wine with character, with polished tannins that give lots of structure & fulfilment. There is a perfect balance from red berries & plums with a sweetness of vanilla & toffee from oak aging.

From one of New Zealand's oldest wineries, this is a soft, ripe Pinot from the Marlborough region, which displays elegance, and ripe, sweet plum and raspberry fruit.

The Mortitx vineyard is located in the “Sierra de Tramuntana”, 390m above sea-level offering its own Micro-climate which gives their wines unique expression of the terrain in which they grow. Pink Salmon colour, aromas reminiscent of white flowers and fruits, such as peaches and apricots. Fresh, complex, very good taste and well balanced.

On the palate Initially light but with deceptive structural weight, the mid palate is soft and sweet with abundant fruit. Spice and chocolate round out the flavour spectrum.

Vines aged between 25 & 55yrs old. The tense & vibrant flavours then give way to fatness & roundness, its high minerality and its length in the mouth are divine.

Robert Parker has said of the Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume, that this is a 1er Cru many feel that should be elevated to a Grand Cru status.
