The Mortitx vineyard is located in the “Sierra de Tramuntana”, 390m above sea-level offering its own Micro-climate which gives their wines unique expression of the terrain in which they grow. Pink Salmon colour, aromas reminiscent of white flowers and fruits, such as peaches and apricots. Fresh, complex, very good taste and well balanced.

A generous palate reveals ripe citrus, stone fruit and lemongrass flavours balanced by crunchy acidity. Perhaps the hallmark of this vintage is its persistent finish rich with minerality.

Finca Son Bordills has been dedicated to wine-making since the 15^th century. This wine has soft touches of citrus blended with apricot and peach. It is fresh and well balanced with good acidity and a smooth but long finish.

It is one of the most elegant and complete harvests of recent times. A very full spectrum of oaky spices, accompanied by perfectly ripe red berries. The aromas conclude with subtle hints of toasting and leather.

Probably the best-known, and one of the finest Gavi's ever made. La Scolca were the first winery to produce Gavi and are still one of the area's leading producers.

This wine offers an exceptionally fragrant and complex bouquet of wood smoke, pencil lead, exotic spices, incense, lavender, and blackberry. On the palate it displays impressive volume, a smooth texture, layered flavours, and a lengthy, seamless finish.

Made with Prensal & Chardonnay grapes, this wine has nutty walnut & almond aromas, combined with tropical fruit such as banana & pineapple. It has good structure and balanced acidity. This wine is very more-ish!!!

A coupage of Mantonegro, Callet, Merlot, Cabernet and Syrah, matured between 12 & 14 months in fine grain oak barrels.
