The Mortitx vineyard is located in the “Sierra de Tramuntana”, 390m above sea-level offering its own Micro-climate which gives their wines unique expression of the terrain in which they grow. Pink Salmon colour, aromas reminiscent of white flowers and fruits, such as peaches and apricots. Fresh, complex, very good taste and well balanced.

The house apparently holds Cru Classe wines in Magnum bottles to age for ten to fifteen years which are blended into the Special Cuvée. Champagne Bollinger is featured in almost every Bond movie since Live And Let Die in 1973.
A beautifully gold straw yellow hue, fine bubbles, a bouquet of floral & fruity aromas, ripe & thirst – quenching on the palate, with a superb taste of brioche. Delicate toasty aroma. Creamy, beautifully balanced with a dry finish. A Champagne that has always been surrounded by Politicians & Royalty.
