The Mortitx vineyard is located in the “Sierra de Tramuntana”, 390m above sea-level offering its own Micro-climate which gives their wines unique expression of the terrain in which they grow. Pink Salmon colour, aromas reminiscent of white flowers and fruits, such as peaches and apricots. Fresh, complex, very good taste and well balanced.

From one of New Zealand's oldest wineries, this is a soft, ripe Pinot from the Marlborough region, which displays elegance, and ripe, sweet plum and raspberry fruit.

Robert Parker has said of the Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume, that this is a 1er Cru many feel that should be elevated to a Grand Cru status.

Straw yellow in color, the wine shows a floral and elegant nose of much finesse and notes of acacia flowers and jasmine. On the palate it is supple and tasty with a fine persistence and a finish and aftertaste of yellow fruits.
