Greatly aromatic wine made from selected “ Tempranillo “ grapes that are from 60 to 100 yr old vines.

Spicy & suave, this wine can be enjoyed on its own, but makes a marvellous accompaniment to all rich, spicy dishes, smoked fish, oriental dishes and is fabulous with a curry!!

On the palate Initially light but with deceptive structural weight, the mid palate is soft and sweet with abundant fruit. Spice and chocolate round out the flavour spectrum.

The Clos Vougeot 2007, has an earthy bouquet with florest floor. Red & dark berry aromas. On tasting, it is full, rich and powerful. It delivers a very lengthy impressive finish.

Robert Parker has said of the Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume, that this is a 1er Cru many feel that should be elevated to a Grand Cru status.

As it says in its name “ Stairway to Heaven” is the perfect companion to summer dishes, salads and anti-pasti not to mention great picnics & barbeques!!

The Mortitx vineyard is located in the “Sierra de Tramuntana”, 390m above sea-level offering its own Micro-climate which gives their wines unique expression of the terrain in which they grow. Pink Salmon colour, aromas reminiscent of white flowers and fruits, such as peaches and apricots. Fresh, complex, very good taste and well balanced.

This is a Pinot with drive and energy. The palate is classically restrained, revealing concentrated Pinot fruit tightly wound in a generously textural core.

A coupage of Mantonegro, Callet, Merlot, Cabernet and Syrah, matured between 12 & 14 months in fine grain oak barrels.

Undeniably, Talbot is one of the most famous Médoc wines. Vibrant smoke, cedar, sumptuous fruit, oak & herb on the nose, silky, mild & very civilised tannins. Dried fruits, good concentration and elegant richness on the palate.
