An elegant fresh perfume with a rounded gooseberry tone on the nose. A well structured body on the palate with a crisp balanced finish. 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

This Champagne is a triumphant blend of force & elegance that displays an eternal youth that it derives from the greatest Chardonnay´s of Reims.

The Mortitx vineyard is located in the “Sierra de Tramuntana”, 390m above sea-level offering its own Micro-climate which gives their wines unique expression of the terrain in which they grow. Pink Salmon colour, aromas reminiscent of white flowers and fruits, such as peaches and apricots. Fresh, complex, very good taste and well balanced.
